The end of January

I have no excuses and no words so here it goes....

Looking back on these past 2-3 months so much has changed. Taking my daily work pictures not knowing (as this time) that my days wearing "cute" clothes to work were numbered....

Every January Ash has a manager's meeting in Indy for work and Dan always goes with her. Before Noah and I started dating I would go to their house and stay with the boys for the weekend. Last year Noah and I watched them but this year the boys came & stayed with us.

With it being January we knew that Noah would have practices and games so Joe and I took Sam to his basketball game that morning :)

But once Noah was home the boys were begging to play outside so that they did :). 

(I'm guessing it was mildly warm that weekend???)

Noah headed to scout so it was the boys and I. My mom had ankle surgery so we went to visit....(play on the knee walker).

Dan and Ash were home by noon to take the boys to one of their game (I don't remember which) and I headed to my first Stella & Dot trunk show!!! (It went well!)

Slowly but surely I'm catching up!

Spring Decor (A little late to the party)

I had full intentions getting this post ready BEFORE Easter but as you can see that didn't happen :). 

Having our own home and being able to decorate for each season if one of my favorite things to do. I am channeling my inner Ashley (or trying to.)

Spring pillows are always a good idea and they brighten up a room!

And can we talk about this table?? I don't think I've featured it on the blog but that's because it's new!!! My uncle, Dan, made this...yes made it!! He and his dad made the table and then stained it for me :) 

I mean how fun?!?!

One of my finds from a Home Goods trip was this He has Risen sign....a simple reminder of what Easter is all about.

Friday Favorites

It's Friday!! Last year every Friday I would link up for Friday Favorites with Erika, Narci, & Andrea and I'm doing it again this year!

I took almost the whole month of January off (please forgive me) but I'm back in February :).

 

 



....I am starting a new job Monday and I am excited/nervous all at the same time!

I will be working in our town (less then 2 minutes away from our house) and will be billing for a local Chiropractic office.

 

 

Which makes today a favorite! I have 4 hours of work and then I get to hang out with our nephew the rest of the day!!

 

My favorites are short and sweet this week...we have no games this weekend (there is still scouting to be done) but I will actually get to see my husband some!!

Hello again

I'm back :).

 

I bet you all have been wondering where I've been and what we've been up to.....

 

I'll start with a mix of things because I'm not sure where to begin.

 

Fashion is something I am passioate about and pulling things out of my closet to mix & match is so much fun for me :).

 

A Christmas gift that you can find here (mine are the small.)





My vest is no longer in stock but it's from Evy's Tree and super comfy....we got snow the middle of January so snow pictures were a must!

 



Basketball takes over our lives this time of year and Joe and his fellow 2 & 3 graders were showing us their skills in between games. 

 

 

 

We traveled to watch Bryant play the second weekend of January...I rode along with two of my aunts and uncle.

We made a pit stop at a winery....yum!!

We took a party bus from our hotel to the gym...so much fun!!
