What's Up Wednesday {11-22-17}

1. What we're eating this week...

I made frito pie casserole Monday night so we've been eating on that and then as of tomorrow it's all the Thanksgiving food!!

2. What I'm reminiscing about...

Meeting Dallas this weekend! And sweet Rozlyn asking when Graham is going to be here!

3. What I'm loving...

Our living room is done, the Christmas decorations are up, and I am loving the twinkle lights!!

4. What we've been up to...

Putting ALL the baby things together!

Bi-weekly & weekly baby appointments!

5. What I'm dreading...

If I'm honest....the labor part. I've asked every question possible to the mamas and I know every experience is totally different! It'll all be worth it in the end BUT it's still on my mind lol!

6. What I'm working on...

I am finishing up Christmas shopping! I think I'm down to 3 or 4 gifts left! Now to wrap!

7. What I'm excited about...

Holding our sweet babe!! The car seat is together and the bag is semi-packed!

8. What I'm watching/reading...

I am watching all of the Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel!

Sometimes I just like to have them on in the background!

Yesterday I shared my October reads and this one was probably my favorite!

9. What I'm listening to...

Silence right now....here soon it will be a baby sleeping/crying!!

10. What I'm wearing...

All of the leather earrings!! My most recent fav are these silver glitter sparkle for the holidays!!

I've been wearing them on repeat since Saturday!!

Celebrating Thanksgiving & watching our high school boys basketball team!

It's going to be so weird Noah not coaching this year!

...umm Graham's arrival!!

We have less than 5 weeks until due date!!

What's Up Wednesday {10-25-17}

1. What we're eating this week...

I am cracking up typing this because we are a hot mess around here right now! But we've been eating a ton of cereal lately!! Maybe one of these days I'll get it together!

2. What I'm reminiscing about...

....this weekend last year we went out with Bryant & Brittany! 

Our Cubs were in the playoffs and oh boy how different life is this year lol!!

3. What I'm loving...

...feeling Graham's sweet kicks :). 

4. What we've been up to...

...lots and lots of this....

When we started planning Graham's room I knew I wanted a rug in here. We wanted to tape off the area to see how much furniture showed...etc. Well we used painters tape and when we pulled it up, the sealant came up too! Boo!!! So we knew we would have to re-do that part. Well I had this brilliant idea to put gray stain down....yea it wasn't pretty. So back to the store we went to restore it back to it's original color lol! I can't thank Noah, my uncle Will, AND my uncle Dan enough! Dan stained it last night and hopefully tomorrow night the finish will be put on! 

5. What I'm dreading...

...re-doing the living room & hallway floors. But I shouldn't be home that weekend so maybe it'll all be done when I get back!

6. What I'm working on...

...putting together our maternity picture outfits.

I bought this vest and it hasn't came in yet so it's up in the air but this is the look we are going for!

I bought this maternity dress to wear under the vest....

And two shirts for Noah depending on what looks best! Wait & see!!

7. What I'm excited about...

...a trip to Gatlinburg with the women in my family in 2 weeks!! Hello Christmas shopping (and swollen feet!)

8. What I'm watching/reading...

....last week I shared all of the books I've read and there were some goods one! And maybe one or two not-so-good ones ;). 

Currently watching all the fall movies! They are always predictable but I love them!

9. What I'm listening to...

..the fans blowing lol!

It's finally cold enough (umm 42 degrees) to wear chunky sweaters & scarves!!

I've also been wearing dresses with accessories :). 

11. What I'm doing this weekend...

...heading to a conference with my co-workers!

12. What I'm looking forward to next month...

...our house being back in order! Putting up our Christmas decorations and all things festive!!

13. What else is new...

I'm sure all you Hallmark/Christmas lovers know....but their Countdown to Christmas starts Friday!

I've got my DVR set since I won't be home but first thing Saturday night I'll be falling asleep to one of these movies!

What's Up Wednesday {9-26-17}

It's been three months since I last shared What's Up Wednesday so here I am today!

1. What we're eating this week...

...we had Motherbear's twice this weekend so lots of leftovers and Noah made taco meat Monday night! Wednesday nights are a hodge podge since we have The Well and don't have much time! By Thursday we are barely hanging on ;). 

2. What I'm reminiscing about...

Meeting Jamie Ivey last weekend!

3. What I'm loving...

...preparing for fall! It's been super hot here lately and the weather is supposed to cool down tomorrow so praise hands for that!! 

4. What we've been up to...

Baby shower things and registering for our shower! 

5. What I'm dreading...

...the itching everyday!! Since I've been pregnant I have battled itching like crazy! They've given me creams upon creams, suggested some over the counter medicine, and done lab work! Everything came back normal but I dread the itching lol!! I've had a super great pregnancy so I don't want to sound like I'm complaining and it'll all be worth it once he's here! 

6. What I'm working on...

...thrifting!! I shared a little about me starting this last night on my Instastories!

I have no idea what I'm doing but I REALLY want to get serious about this! I love love fashion, accessorizing, and all the home decor so if I can love it while saving money then yes please! 

7. What I'm excited about...

....buying a crib and dresser in October!

8. What I'm watching/reading...

I am not watching anything at the moment! I started Parenthood over the summer but haven't gotten back into watching it!

Watching volleyball, celebrating a mama-to-be, and having fun with our youth!

Umm...most people are probably saying This Is Us but I don't have anything lol!

But if I had to pick one it would be Parenthood even though that is an old show! Maybe by the time I'm on maternity leave I will have time to watch it!

Last night I made spaghetti & 4th of July cupcakes so we will be eating on that this week!

A few weeks ago we found out that one of my friends is having a boy!!

She got married this weekend and is now relaxing away in Hawaii!

I'm stumped lol! I'll think of something.

Well we finished our landscaping about a month ago....so we are watering every night lol!

Buying a few baby things! And we are headed back to the doctor a week from tomorrow.

We are catching up on Chicago PD so a few episodes of that each night....

I personally love the Catfish softball tourney. It's the festival a town over and Noah usually plays men's softball or we head over to watch.

I also love the cookouts, fireworks, & family time!

I just got a pair last week, wore them around the house, & wasn't completely sold.

But I felt like I had to break them in and now they are the shoe I grab for!

I ordered this style and love them....I bought this color because they will go with anything!

I haven't blogged a What's Up Wednesday since last July...say what?!?!?

So here we go!

...everything from the grill!

My favorite from Monday night.....chicken sweet apple sausage from Trader Joe's! Yum!

2. What I'm reminiscing about...

Last year for our anniversary we were able to go see the Cubs play and we had a blast! Sadly this year we aren't able to see them over our anniversary weekend.

So I'll just think back to how much fun we had in the rain last year!

3. What I'm loving...

We've been able to have the windows open a few days in our house and I love it!!! 

There's just something about the blinds & windows being open and taking a nap in our bed :).

4. What we've been up to...

.....not a whole lot!

Ugh! Bathing suit season!

It's wedding season.....we have all kinds (two family weddings!)

This weekend we are headed to Indy to meet some friends & then our youth group is having a final four party that we are helping with!

Next month we celebrate our 2 year anniversary!!!

 I may have said this on here but I don't think I have....Noah has started back at school :).

He is going back to get his Bachelor's in Engineering (it's a program through work) and we are excited for this next chapter in our lives! 

Things are changing :).

Probably a jean jacket.....this is the one I have!

I've had it for 2 years and grab for it way to much!
